That is looking like the plan (hosting the demo, anyway). From what I've heard the developer is pretty difficult, if not impossible, to contact. There was no license included in the installer or game, so I'm going to presume its safe to distribute the demo version, as we've done with other developers. Unfortunately I don't have a terribly large amount of time at the moment, but will work on getting this (and several other submissions) added to the archive in the next week and a half or so. Digging this out of the internet archive was some seriously inspired work, so my congratulations to the OP.
