..or "help | more", which will display in pages, so that you can hit a key to view the next page of results. THis will work for any dos command that displays lines of results. Pretty handy...you don't need it with "dir", though, in that case "dir /p" will do the trick.

Oh yes, and remember you can still use the > symbol to redirect output to something like a text file for later review, so, something like:
help > commands.txt

would in fact send all that output to a text file in the current directory called commands.txt which you could then review later.
