SP3 is the most recent service pack update to Windows XP. If you don't have
it installed on your XP system, shame on you! SP3 is a collection of
security updates and patches that addresses vulnerability issues in XP. To
determine which service pack is currently installed on your XP machine, go
to the Desktop (Windows key-M), focus on My Computer and press Alt-Enter to
launch the Properties dialog. You should hear an announcement of your
operating system and current service pack.

Hello Rosemarie;
you should be able to get ServicePack3 through the MicrosoftWindowsUpdate.
you can get a download if you wish to do it that way.
however, through Microsoft, you will only get the files required for your
computer.
I did try the web site, I had no trouble accessing the page.

Hi, Chris,
I already went to that site earlier today. Do I have to install service
pack three in order to use it? I even wrote to the support team for web
IE and haven't gotten an answer yet.

Hi Rosemary.
All I can suggest is you visit www.webbie.org.uk.
Sorry about that. Good luck in getting this resolved. Webbie is an
amazing program and the programs they come with are also amazing.
Take care.

Hi, everyone,
I've done everything from clearing my history to deleting cookies and
temporary internet files and this still hasn't solved the problem with
Web IE. What do I do now? Is there a site where I can go to write to
the developers of web IE? As far as I know, I don't have any viruses or
any kind of malware.
Thank you for any help or suggestions you could give.
Rosemarie
