When you're on some email you want to save just go to the file menu in OE and then save as... The default .EML format will do, then save it into any folder you wish, best on some external drive or whatever you keep for data only; then you can be sure no emails get lost in an update or so. Martina

On a number of occasions when my system has to be repaired, I often lose my e-mails and it takes a while to get everything setup again. I believe that there is a way that e-mails can be stored in some other part of the computer or elsewhere. Do you know anything about exporting e-mails to some other place and retrieve them later? If I could do that, I can keep my hair almost black, although there are several patches of grey which seem to thrive better than the rest. ----- Original Message ----- From: "David Ferrin" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, July 27, 2010 1:27 PM Subject: Re: [Blind-Computing] Windows XP Service Pack 3 > Just so you got it is the main thing. > David Ferrin > [email protected] > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Francis E.
