Hi Rosemarie, You should be able to install it without any problems. Sometimes folks experience problems with installs, because they forget to close other applications, and disable security software that may interfere with the process. Service pack 3 for Windows XP will need to be installed by June or July of this year in order to continue to receive Windows updates. I'm not sure on the exact date, you would have to check with Microsoft. As far as it being posted on the Jaws-Users website, I know it was at one time, but I haven't looked for some time. To get it directly from Microsoft, visit, http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=5B33B5A8-5E76-401F-BE08-1E1555D4F3D4&displaylang=en HTH, Richard Q.
