Try erasing your account in Oe, then reinstall it all over again.

Hi All,

Under further checking we found that the attachments my sister is trying to
send are in fact reaching my providers server but, somehow between the
server and my computer the attachment is being lost.  My provider does not
support Outlook Express so they can't help me.  The wierd thing is that if
she sends the attachment from her Cox.net e-mail address I won't get it but, if she sends it from her Yahoo.com e-maill address I do get it. I have been through my settings and can't find anything wrong. She is running XP Pro & Outlook 2002 and I'm running XP Home, Outlook Express, & Jaws 10 latest. If
anyone has any ideas on what could possibly be happening I am open to any
advice.  Thanks much, take care.
