Hi, Bill. I just finished talking to my friend. I was on the line when she
called fairpoint technical support. The guy who tried to help her told her
that she'd have to get a sighted person to help her set up the account.
That's not always easy. I used to have a tutorial on outlook express but it
either got thrown away or is misplaced. If I had the tutorial, I think I
would have been able to help her more.
Thank you and Param for your help. I don't know what else I can do for my
friend because I had her enter the correct information but it still didn't
go through.

What information is that? The account name and initial password.
