Hi, Lali. I tried helping my friend set up her account but when we got to a
certain point, she got a message that said "this server appears to be
invalid". She said she'll be calling Fairpoint tomorrow. I hope
everything works out for her.

Try the following:
1. go to tools, accounts.
2. press remove button on each account, you do not want.
3. Press add button, give the data, which you need.
4. Press aply.
5. Press ok.
