I'm behind on this problem. Have you tried a system restore on the problem computer? I had an outlook express problem from Sunday to yesterdday but a restore to Friday brought back everything. I use attyahoo and it started out demanding my id and password but would not accept mine. The e mail stacked up in the yahoo server but would not budge. Try it if you haven't although I had to have sighted help to get the restore accomplished. marilyn
