Hi Maria,
When you are focused on a file or folder in a list,
you can press F6, to read the address bar, and then press it again, to return to the list view.
Note, you must have your view settings set to show the address bar.
There are 2 places to check and make sure it is displayed.
1. while in My Documents, or or My Computer, go to the view menu, and open the ToolBars sub-menu.
Arrow to AddressBar, and if it isn't checked press enter to check it.
2. From one of the same locations mentioned above, go to the Tools menu, and then folder options.
When this multi-page dialogue opens, you will be on the general tab,
so you will need to move to the view tab, and then tab to the tree-view.
Now you will need to arrow to :
Display the full path in the address bar, and spacebar to check it, if it is not on.
Optionally, you can also turn on the following, in the same manner.
Display the full path in the title bar
After you have done this, you can tab to the okay button, and spacebar that, you are done.

Is there a quick way to find out the full path name of a file or folder?
Thanks.
