Nothing has been posted here yet to my knowledge, but there is a Yellow-Crowned Night-Heron that has been around for about a week in Kinsmen Park in Caledonia. I saw it this afternoon just after 2:00 feeding on the northern shore of the island near the dam, pretty much directly in front of the parking lot and the pavilion. Kinsmen Park is located at 49 Caithness Street in Caledonia, Ontario. The park is on the Grand River. The bird's exact location was (43.0739455,-79.9558568) Good birding, Quinten Wiegersma London, Ont https://birdsbugsbotany.blogspot.ca/ qwieger...@hotmail.com _______________________________________________ ONTBIRDS is presented by the Ontario Field Ornithologists (OFO) - the provincial birding organization.
