The duck was seen by me and some other birders around 1:30 pm from the gazebo in front of the Marina Del Rey condos with many other ducks including scaup, redhead, goldeneye. It was last seen by us diving under the yacht club docks.
Directions: Humber Bay West is west of Parklawn and Lakeshore Blvd. Take the Gardiner and exit at Parklawn. Turn right at Lakeshore and take your next left (just before the lights). Parking is on the left. Just north of the yacht club on the west side of the road that goes through the park, more or less across from the white, house-like structure in the parking lot, is the beginning of the Humber Bay Park West promenade. Follow it and you can’t miss the gazebo. _______________________________________________ ONTBIRDS is presented by the Ontario Field Ornithologists - the provincial birding organization.
