Birders The bird we saw on the OFO trip that ended up sitting on the beach at Hutchs as well seems to actually have been the much rarer Long-tailed Jaeger. We need a few more photos to sort through. I know many were taken. Please send to me and I will post as soon as the id is firmed up.
I apologize for this in advance. Jaeger Id is difficult especially in cases where the bird is nearly but not quite in adult plumage.
