| I quickly observed an apparent all-dark, unknown buteo perched in a medium deciduous tree on the south side of the 401 going through Oshawa about 500m west of the Harmony Rd exit. Without a passenger to do the observing, I could only get in a glance. Heads up to anyone traveling through the area that may be able to get eyes on.
