Weather:
Light rain led to a late start and an early finish. Misty drizzle
accompanied us at several other points. The skies remained overcast
throughout. As for the wind: it was strong and out of the north and
northwest.

Raptor Observations:
Turkey Vultures were up earlier than usual, hurrying past without delay for
much of the day. All three buteo species joined them in better numbers than
yesterday, with a handful of lingering Broad-winged Hawks again wandering
through the viewing area.

Non-raptor Observations:
Red-winged Blackbird (800+), American Crow (500+), Tree Swallow (300+),
Pine Siskin (15+), Dark-eyed Junco (3), Northern Pintail (3), Forster's
Tern (45+)

Predictions:
Partly cloudy with moderate north wind.
