Raptor Observations: A minor push of 18 red-tailed hawks made the passage between 11:30 and 13:00 EST. The final bird of the 2013 season was a low-flying merlin. Non-raptor Observations: 338 tundra swans were observed flying south. Predictions: This was the final day of the 2013 count.
