Total observation time: 6 hours

Visitors:

Weather:
Frigid out there today, one of the coldest days I can remember by the boat
launch. A nice mix of white and blue above, the sun peeked through to warm
us every now and again. The wind was whipping out of the west throughout,
adding to the chilly conditions.

Raptor Observations:
We started out well: Roughleg, Golden Eagle, Golden Eagle were our first
three birds. A trickle of raptors, mostly Redtails, wound their way past
after that. As has been the case lately, the flight slowed way down in the
afternoon.

Non-raptor Observations:
Green-winged Teal (1), Great Black-backed Gull (1), Tundra Swan (60+),
Red-breasted Merganser (15+), Great Blue Heron (20+)

Predictions:
Overcast with highs in the low 30s and moderate southwest wind.
