Early Wednesday morning, while out for a bike ride thru town, I heard the unmistakable, loud and clear call of a Northern Bobwhite coming from the back yard area or a residential house on Queen Street. The house has vacant land adjacent with tall weedy, grassy areas. I heard the call three times.
Strathroy is a short distance west of London. Queen Street is located behind Walmart.
