Sunday I heard a Yellow-throated Vireo in song along Yonge Street (AKA Bridge
St.) in the willows beside Holland River West on the south bank, west of the
bridge. Later, I also had an excellent view scolding/singing pair of
Yellow-throated Vireos along the gravel road at the very end of Industrial
Roadway off of Disette Ave. In Bradford. To find the Bradford birds, turn right
at the lights at Disette (by the GO Station) and continue past the industrial
area on the right to Industrial Rd.. Turn right and continue across the RR
tracks right to the very end of the road and park. Walk around the gate and
bear right on the gravel rd. Birds were on the right side of the road. There
was also a Green Heron in the general vicinity.
