I counted 4 cerulean warblers along Opinicon Road this morning between the
Skycroft Campground and Post Office Gate Lane. Other species of particular
interest included yellow-throated vireo and blue-grey gnatcatcher. For more
information about birding Opinicon Road please see the Kingston Field
Naturalists' website:

Directions: To get to Opinicon Road, drive about 30 km north of Kingston on
Perth Road (aka Division Street or Highway 10). Look for the right hand turn
onto Opinicon Road just north of Perth Road Village. The Skycroft Campground is
located 14 km down Opinicon Road. Birders may access the trails directly across
from the campground. These trails are on Queen's University Biological Station
land.
