The Gatineau Park Wakefield trail (P15/Healey shelter) was active on the 31st; 
MERLIN (1), PINE GROSBEAK (8f and 4m), COMMON REDPOLL (30+) and BOREAL 
CHICKADEE (1).
 
Giroux Rd continues to be active. On the 2nd there was HORNED LARK (1) in the 
"S" curve, SNOW BUNTINGS (12+) and a PEREGRINE FALCON. GRAY PARTRIDGE continue 
in the corn stubble on the south side of Giroux just east of Frank Kenny Rd
 
Interesting sighting were;
- CAROLINA WREN continues at back yard feeders along the fence line on the west 
side of the Britannia Conservation Area 
- BALD EAGLES continue to be seen all over the Ottawa/Gatineau area
- GOLDEN EAGLE was seen from the Eardly-Masham Rd north of Bradley Rd on the 3rd
- BROWN-HEADED COWBIRD (4m and 1f) continue on Trail Road
- BLACK-BACKED WOODPECKER (1f) continues in the burn area of the Lime Kiln 
Trail and a female was also found south of the airport on Bowesville Rd on the 
5th
- BARROW'S GOLDENEYE (1m) continues on the Rideau River south of the Hurdman 
bridge
- NORTHERN SHRIKE was seen near the intersection of Richardson Sdrd and Terry 
Fox on the 3rd
- PINE GROSBEAK (8) were seen in a Manotick yard on the 3rd and continue to be 
seen at the Duck Club feeders on March Valley Rd near Riddell Rd
