Ontbirders, There were two Snowy Owls present at Kettle Point today. A very light bird was on the south reach and a darker bird was about 400 m north, on the rocky island. Alf Rider happened by and mentioned having one Snowy a few days back in the same location. While scoping the lake, we had two juvenile Parasitic Jaegers pass by - one light morph and one dark, as well as small numbers of all 3 Scoters close to shore. A flock of 18 White-winged Crossbills were seen [and heard] heading north up the coast. Directions - take Hwy 7 [Lakeshore Rd.] to Indian Line. Follow Indian west to the lake. Look for the point with Kettle's...... James Holdsworth and Ross Snider
