Total observation time: 9 hours

Official Counter: Stephen Kolbe

Observers: Claude Radley

Visitors:
Nine visitors to the tower today. A rather slow day for visitors as well
as hawks.

Weather:
Yet another day of mostly blue skies, warm temperatures, and light winds
out of the south.

Raptor Observations:
Not suprisingly, raptors were relatively few and far between today. A
couple groups of Turkey Vultures went past, as did a scattering of other
migrants. Decent diversity, but low numbers.

Non-raptor Observations:
Headliners today include Indigo Bunting, Common Nighthawk, and Field
Sparrow. The bird of the day was a jaeger species (yet to be identified; I
took some Bigfoot-style photos) that flew over the tower very high heading
due south.
