Yesterday (Sunday)at about 3 p.m. Dick O'Reilly and myself viewed the Eurasion Wigeon at the Laural Creek Conservation pond which was first reported by Mike Burrell in the a.m. It was in the company of 2 American wigeons. A scope would be necessary I think.
Direction as per M.Burrell's report: >From Hwy 85 take the Northfield Dr.exit and head west. Turn R at the lights at >Westmount and take a left at Conservation Dr. Follow this to Beaver Creek >Rd.(not marked on all maps) and turn L (south). Park on the roadside either before or after the bridge over the creek. View from bridge or follow a footpath S of the bridge on the E side.
