Observation start time: 08:00:00
Observation end time: 13:00:00
Total observation time: 5 hours

Official Counter: Josh Haas

Observers: Don Sherwood, Rodney Laura

Weather:
Today showed the true dedication and patience of our Primary Counter Josh
Haas. The temperatures topped off at a toasty 35f. Winds were from the
south west at an average of 6mph with gusts into the low teens. Also 100%
cloud cover that looked ready to dump snow, made for quite a slow day.

Raptor Observations:
The odd weather put our birds at an impressive low. We give a major salute
to Josh Haas today for sitting out there as long as he did, for this
impressive number.

A total of 3 raptors were counted of 2 species.

Non-raptor Observations:

Predictions:
Tomorrow is going to be a very nice change. We are looking forward to a
break in the cloud cover. Winds from the south west will be pushing this
current cloud cover away. Tuesday we are expecting showers to show up early
in the afternoon. I'm hoping that tomorrow is just the weather break that
the birds need to make a move out.
