Sorry for the late report. I went to Hillman Marsh last Saturday afternoon. I 
did not go in but I stopped on the roadside just before the bridge. There were 
47 Great Egrets (mainly on the north side of the road), many Great Blue Herons 
and many shorebirds, including Greater and Lesser Yellowlegs. Many peeps were 
around but I was not able to identify them. 
 
A couple of the Great Egrets were marked; one with a red band on its upper left 
leg (109, I think) and another with both wings tagged with large orange tags 
marked IOE.
 
With the wind, it was very difficult to read the tags/bands.
