I don't normally do this but I would like to extend a heartfelt thank
you to everyone who participated in this year's Christmas Bird Count
season. Thank you especially to all the Christmas Bird Count compilers
who submitted their preliminary results to ONTBIRDS. My rough count of
reports has 43 different CBCs reporting to ONTBIRDS. The insight
provided by these reports help all of us gain a better understanding of
seasonal bird patterns across the province.
