All, Andrew Keaveney and Josh Vandermeulen report the Black-tailed Gull from Port Stanley harbour today from 2-3 PM. The bird was observed following a boat as it would come into the harbour. As soon as the boat would get in close to shore the bird would disappear before returning with another boat. This happen three times, and were the only times the bird was observed. Also present were 3 Little Gulls with the Bonaparte's flying offshore, and two adult Lesser Black-backed Gulls.
