Wind was from the South-West then as the day went on changed to the West and then West-North-West. It was about 5-10mph. Visibility was mostly clear but also partly gray and hazy. Raptor Observations: 99 Turkey Vultures made up most of the count. 1 Northern Goshawk went by, and 2 adult Golden Eagles went over just about together. Non-raptor Observations: A lot ~ 40 Horned Larks went over in flocks of about 5-10. Many Rusty Blackbird and Red-winged Blackbird flocks keep going over. Late in the day, in the 2-3pm hour 2 Common Nighthawks went over. Photos of one of them were gotten.
