Hello again

Here are some more details about the BLACK SWIFT sighting here at Point
Pelee National Park.

The bird was seen a total of four times flying over the Visitor Centre
parking lot - it was associating with the large group of swallows and
Chimney Swifts that were feeding at that time. The bird was last seen
flying nroth from the parking lot and other birders have moved to areas
north in the park in the hopes of relocating the bird as the number of
swallows etc has decreased in this part of the park. I will post if there
is any further news received before 5 pm. Branden Holden did get photos of
the bird, Eric Holden was the first to spot it.

Wow - an exciting addition to the park checklist!

Good birding everyone!
Sarah
