Discovered this afternoon about 1:50 p.m. between the first and second gate,
about 100 m. north of the second gate, sitting in a bare cottonwood on the
west side of the road.

It can be observed well without disturbance from the road or from a gravel
path that can be followed westwards from the second gate.

It was observed actively perusing the ground for voles so it might stick
around.

Also today Great Horned Owl, C. Redpolls, Snow Buntings, A. Pipits, two E.
Bluebirds and a late Red-eyed Vireo among others.

Good luck,

Alfred Adamo
