Visitors:
Richard Carr of Leamington who kept me company during most of the wind and
rain, Bob Sanderson of Kingsville, Tom Bell of Leamington and their guest
from Victoria, B.C., and a young couple from Windsor & London, Ontario. 


Weather:
Cool, between 12 & 13C, light rain during most of the observation, gusty
winds up to 30 km mostly out of the SW,switching to W at 1 p.m EST.

Raptor Observations:
A slow day, consistent with the weather. Highlight was a Peregrine that
rocketed by within metres of the tower.

Non-raptor Observations:
A nice mix of passerines, including: Eastern Phoebe, Yellow-rumped
Warblers, both Kinglets, Song & White-throated Sparrow, several each of
Downy Woodpecker and Northern Flicker, Tree and N. Rough-wing Swallow, and
the occassional flock of Am. Goldfinch, Eu. Starling, Red-winged Blackbird
and Br. Headed Cowbird. 

Predictions:
Clear, cool - 7 - 10C, and NW winds.
