Observation end time: 15:00:00
Total observation time: 5 hours

Official Counter: Claude Radley

Observers: Eveyln Fisher, Jim McCoy, Rene Kielbasa

Visitors:
Caroline Staddon visited this afternoon.

Weather:
Mostly cloudy in the morning becoming mostly sunny in the pm. Light S-SE
winds with temp near 10C.

Raptor Observations:
Another slow day but not without it's highlights. A Peregrine, after
sitting on the the eagle tree for half an hour, flushed and took a
Green-winged Teal. An immature Golden Eagle spent half an hour harrassing
Red-tailed Hawks along the northern tree line before heading west. An
adult Golden made a brief appearance over the trout pond before heading
back east (and avoiding the count). The last bird of the day was an
immature Goshawk that came in across the marsh before perching in the
lodge woods.

Non-raptor Observations:
Not much passerine movement. The marsh contained the same species as
yesterday. A Great Horned Owl was in the pine woods across from the park
entrance.

Predictions:
Mostly cloudy with a 30% chance of showers in the morning increasing to 50%
in the afternoon. Warm, with the morning temp 10 C rising to 14 in the
afternoon. South winds at 20 kpm.
