somewhat late. Temperature degrees C 3.5-7.4. Cloud cover 50%-95%.
Visibility good 28-15 km. Did I mention windy?

Raptor Observations:
13 is a lucky number even on Friday the Thirteenth.

Non-raptor Observations:
Two groups of Bonaparte's Gulls of 25 each flew over. 4 Black-backed Gulls
on the Erie shore near the hunt club. few White-crowned and White-throated
Sparrows in the brush near the ground. 2 Blue Jays and 2 Flickers. 

Predictions:
