We were able to locate one Snowy Owl at 8:30 this evening, in the general location reported by Dave Skinner yesterday. It was heavily barred. We found it sitting on top of the brown salt shed at the NE corner of Hwy 81 and Hwy 22, North of Strathroy. After about 10 minutes, it flew about 100 yards south to the top of a hydro pole near Hwy 81.
