Weather:
very mild west wind; -4C; sunny skies, becoming gradually overcast; TUV=2;
falling BP

Raptor Observations:
2 NH, 1 N.Goshawk, 6 Red-taileds and 5 distant UBs

Non-raptor Observations:
N.Shrike flew in to several treetops around the wetland;
several of us heard high-pitched singing as we emerged from our cars at
the parking area on Hall's Rd. leading down to the south pathway; BUT
noone could see or be positive whether the sound was that of a Crossbill.
