The winds were moderate out of the northwest. Raptor Observations: There was a trickle of birds throughout the day, the biggest movement being during the afternoon sunny break with Red-tails and two small groups of TVs making up the bulk of the flight. Non-raptor Observations: Snow Buntings were numerous with several groups of 100 or more birds being noted passing over during the day.
