Visitors:
We had a pretty good bunch of avid but disappointed birders today.


Weather:
Light NNW winds swung through the North to become SE by the end of the
watch. High cloud and cool temps.

Raptor Observations:
The day began slowly and ended even slower with a brief flurry  of birds at
mid watch.

Non-raptor Observations:
1765 Crows and 3635 Blue Jays were counted along with 1440 Black Birds most
of which were Red-winged.  Little other passerine movement was observed.

Predictions:
Winds are forcast to be a little stronger than today and predominantly from
the NE.  Temps rising from the single digits to the mid teens.  Variable
cloudiness.
