Cartwright Point.

Faith Avis a Kingston birder,
Faith and other cleary saw the light green legs at a short range, about 4 to
5 m.
and the greenish upper part of the bill & its black tip. They checked

Light conditions were clear in bright sun and the verdict was LITTLE BLUE
HERON (LBHE).
I arrived later. Light conditions were still excellent. The LBHE was still

I am sure that Faith Avis & I & others have seen the 1st LBHE sighting for
Cartwright Point.
This morning Nancy McCue told me that the LBHE was not seen after I left
