One large specimen spotted feeding on land with a flock of Canada Geese. The 
goose was approachable and within about 3 metres. I am about 90% sure about 
this sighting. 
 Date / Time: Sept. 4, 05, late afternoon. 
Location: Laurel Creek Conservation Area, Waterloo. Feeding just East of the 
main beach area.

Greetings fellow birders:

A Prairie warbler was seen at Pinecroft, our new Biological Field School
location with a mixed species flock of 8 other warbler species;
Black-and-white, Pine, Black-throated green, American redstart, Magnolia,
Cape may and Nashville, Bay-breasted and Yellow-rumped.  Also observed were
Scarlet tanagers, Eastern wood pewee, Eastern phoebe, Cedar waxwing,
Red-breasted and White-breasted nuthatch, Pileated woodpecker and
Ruby-throated hummingbird.  All of these birds were spotted on September 2nd
and 3rd.

Pinecroft is located 1 kilometer south of Highway #3 on Rogers Road, near
Aylmer, Ontario.  You may call them at; (519) 773-3435
