Dean Ware is having trouble with his computer so he asked me to post
some sightings for him.
On Saturday, he had a 3rd year California Gull at Fish Point at the tip
of Pelee Island. It was with 2000+ other gulls. He also had a late Dunlin
and a Common Moorhen at Lighthouse Point.
A boat leaves from the Leamington Dock to go to Pelee Island. Pelee
Transportation can be reached at 724-2115.
Today he had 3 American White Pelicans at Holiday Beach (near
Amherstburg). To get to Holiday Beach, take county road 20 to Malden Centre
then go south on county road 50.
