Sorry for the delay in posting - email trouble Driving westbound on HWY 407 on Monday evening (Feb 7) at about 9:10 pm, I saw a SNOWY OWL perched on the chainlink fence bounding the north side of the highway, just east of the Heritage Road overpass (between exits for Mississauga Rd. and Hwy 401).
