The 25th Gravenhurst-Bracebridge Christmas Bird Count was conducted by 33 field participants on December 19, 2004. The day was extremely cold with a severe windchill warning, temperature -19C to -25C, cloudy to partly sunny, large lakes and moving water open, snow cover 50 cm.
