A drive up Ashburn Rd. north of highway 7 will bring you to a large field on
the west side, just south of Columbus Rd.-- it recently received a spread of
manure (I wonder how the folks who live in the large subdivision to the
immediate east are taking it!!!) -- Dec.27 before noonhour-- 100 or more
Snow Buntings and possibly as many Horned Larks, along with Rock Pigeons.
WITH ALL OF OUR SNOW YOU CAN BARELY GET ONTO THE SHOULDER OF THE ROAD-- BE
VERY CAREFUL.

Ashburn is the first north-south road to the west of highway 12 / Brock
(Baldwin) in Brooklin.

Hall's Rd. feeder station south of Victoria St.-- very few House Finches
today, but a White-throated Sparrow did put in an appearance.
