Hello ontbirders,

Just a service to those who may still want to search for the affore mentioned birds at High Park. Ian Cannell and I were out this morning and had the White-Eyed Vireo with Chickadees near the southwest staircase and across the road, mainly high in the trees. We later went down to the smaller pond in the southeast of the park and located the Wilson's Warbler in the marsh and subsequently in neighbouring pines. Beautiful plumage on that Wilson's! Hopefully these birds will stick around for the next two weeks for winter listers.

We also found in addition to regulars such as Nuthatches, GC Kinglets and Brown Creepers, a singing Winter Wren near that same marsh area.

We tried in vain for the reported Black-Throated Gray Warbler all morning. No sign of that bird unfortunately.

Good birding!
