Tuesday at 3:30 I spotted 1 male Belted Kingfisher flying and hovering around the park, it then seemed to head west.
I then spotted 3 male, 2 female Ruddy Ducks at the outer edge of the east open bay. Lastly, I spotted 1 male adult Harlequin Duck feeding in the east closed bay. Directions: head south through the Lakeshore and Parklawn intersection and then make a right, this leads to the parking lot. Park close to the building and take the path left of the building and stay left of the manmade ponds to get to the 2 east bays. Happy birding!!! Martin Fischer.
