Hello again, overcast and rainy conditions made for a less than ideal photo
opportunity...I however managed to take a obviously less than stellar image
of the Varied Thrush www.stevepike.com , rarities section (blue link button
on the homepage).

The bird was seen very briefly (approx. 45min. max), around 8:30 till 9:20am
then vanished to the East (Ander's footpath or the cemetary?) untill at
least 11:30am or later and perhaps not at all there after.

The Bohemian Waxwing was refound by myself and Matt Baker at 11am along the
Ander's footpath (the old road to the vistor's center) approx. 1/2 between
the old cemetary and the Delaurier house with a flock of 30 Cedar Waxwings.

If I ever get some real shots of these 2 beauties I'll be sure to post on
the web : )
