Hello all, The European Goldfinch is still here although I hadn't seen him since Nov 17th. My husband saw him first thing this morning and tried to get a picture.........no luck. My next door neighbour had him at their feeder this a.m. as well. My husband and I set off to find him this afternoon and were surprised just outside the back door as he whizzed by. We couldn't believe our luck and for the next half hour played cat and mouse with him till he finally sat long enough for some quick pictures......although not as crisp as I would like, but I was busy clicking away. Got a couple that clearly showed his markings.....
