Hi Ontbirders, There was a male Barrow's Goldeneye easily visible on the Rideau River by Strathcona Park this morning (Tuesday) around noon. He could be seen equally well from the Tennis Club side along River Road North. He was with about twenty Common Goldeneye, five Common Mergansers, & a number of Hooded Mergansers. Park on one of the side streets & walk across to the river.
