The ferry costs $5.00 Cdn return and starts at 6:20 a.m. Then 7:30 and thereafter on the half hour. The return trip leaves Stella (the main town on Amherst I.) on the hour. The KFN Property is east of Lower Rd. and the Owl Woods is east of Marshall Rd.

2.) At Cartwright Pt. #14 The Point Rd. the pair of TUFTED TITMICE were at our feeders from 0900 to 1500. They were accompanied with a RED-BREASTED NUTHATCH, on nearby Warbler Lane 2 PILEATED WOODPECKERS were mining 2 pines.

Don McCallum at #3 Woodpecker Lane had the E. SCREECH OWL basking in the Owl box across the Lane from his house on Nov. 12. Eleanor Sachs and I stopped to look for his owl today. It was not visable but it was there down out of sight. For proof, a BLUE JAY protested loudly around the openning and 2 TUFTED TITMICE appearing agitateed also fluttered around the box. Evidence that the TUFTED TITMICE do roam around the neighbourhood.
